I completed my B.Tech in 2014 and then went for civil services exam but couldn't qualify, so I want to know my odds for MS (CSE) in USA?

Hi,
Since you took a long gap of 5 years, so it is really very tough to get admission in US University. You need to give a very solid reason for this huge gap as preparation for civil is not going to help you out.
