I completed my B.Tech in 2017 through MDU Rohtak but got backlogs again in 4th and 6th semester. Can I get 4-year degree?

No, you have to clear your all papers and only then you can get the 8th semester or degree.

Hi MD Sadaf,
Before final examination, you will have to clear all the backlogs. You will get opportunity in seventh or eighth semester to clear this backlog. If you will clear them, then you will get the degree.
