I completed my B.Tech in CS with 67% & two backlogs & working in IBM as SE 2+ experience. Can I get universities in Canada for MS?
My IELTS score is 6.5 overall, no band less than 6. My 10th percentage is 83 and intermediate is 88. Also, I have completed my B.Tech in 2016.

It does not completely depend on one factor. They look for other factors also such as SOP and LOR. Therefore, you should go for it.
