There is one track where bachelor students in Electrical Engineering can apply, but it also depends on whether your background can fit in to our master program. Best way to know is to contact the master program coordinator directly.

no you can not do MS in Mechanical field because you have EE field in Btech only EE field not, you can do master degree only in your relevant field
