i completed my b.tech with an aggregate of 68%...i have 13 backlogs...i cleared them...can i get american visa?

Hi Karthik.
You must clear all your backlogs before you get admission in the world. Any foreign universities requires you to complete these exams like GRE and TOEFL.

you have to clear English test for get visa , today you can easily get study visa as compared to get work visa
