I completed my BALLB in 2018 and in June, 2020 i will complete my 2 years of PQE. Now i am of the opinion to practice law in canada or USA.
Graduation marks 53% 2 years PQE certificate.

Both countries have a set of merits and demerits. It is generally easier to get PR in Canada, but the weather is a bit too harsh. U. S green card is not an easy thing to acquire, but you have better opportunities and reasonably better weather conditions.

It's better you aim for a master's programme. Than doing a Bachelor's again. There could be chances for visa rejection.
