Mostly good scholars are initially not interested in teaching and it's good to do so. After Masters one must get into PRACTICAL APPLICATION of knowledge. M.Com not only makes you eligible to work as a P.G.T (Commerce/Accountancy/Business Studies) where you can expect nearly Rs. 38000/- starting salary even in moderately Good institutions with free accomodations and other perks.
