If you are passionate about fashion and have the capabilities of creating magic with colours and fabrics then you may opt for design courses. After completing fashion course, you may start your career as costume designer, fashion consultants, personal stylish, cutting assistants, illustrator etc.

Swapna, do you need advice on BCom or Designing. If it is about BCom then you should post it at Banking and Finance. Meanwhile, I would give you an update about designing careers. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design, jewellery design, Acting, and Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching and imagination. At a similar level perches VFX as well as Motion Graphics which rely on one of your artistic skills - Cinematographic skills and imagination. Then come careers like Animation, Film Making, Game Design which rely on multiple talents like your authority over sketching, acting, direction, voice, sound, writing, storytelling and problem solving skills etc. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, vfx, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world and hence may earn in dollars - resulting in better rewards for designers. Fill up the Application form for admission to 3rd yr, then complete formalities of attendances, assignments then fill Application for Examination of 3rd yr. Prepare well and complete.
If less marks in 2nd year is barring you then opt for IMPROVEMENT EXAMINATION in closest semester.
If finance is a problem take some micro loan from friends or do little part time commercial activity like TAKING TUITION, RETAILING, and do it.
If anything else is problem let me know so that I can frame a solution.
