I completed my btech first Year in Cs branch now I want to take admission in your college so can I take or not if yes than what will process

I secure 82% in 12th and in btech first sem is all clear

Yes u can. But only if you have studied in rtu university and there is no backlog in 1st yr. If you are eligible in that, then you should have to give application in your college and rtu. Before doing that, you should contact with govt engg college ajmer in which you want to take admission.
