It will be nearly impossible. Try first to get good ME from India & then specialize.

As you have completed your B.Tech with more than 60% marks, you can apply to the Universities there. Germany is the best destination for Engineering courses. To get the preference even after 13 backlogs, you need to have German language course from the Institute Authorized./Approved by the German Em
