u mean after 10/12 we can get direct admission for 2nd year engg.even after 12

Colleges in Canada will accept you in the first year of UG program if you would have done 10 th and then 3 year diploma. if you would have completed 12th and then three year diploma you can try for lateral entry to enter directly into 2 nd year.
