I completed my class 10th and 12th from Maharashtra and have my birth certificate of Maharashtra. Am I eligible for state quota in CET?

    Yes, if your state of domicile is Maharashtra, then you are eligible for MHCET. As per my knowledge you are eligible for the state quota seat only for the state of which you have the domicile that is the state from where you have completed your 10 and 12 exam, not the domicile you hold by Birth. Below are the eligibility criteria:

    1. The candidate should have passed their 10 and 12 from the state of Maharashtra.
    2. The candidate should have a domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra (should have lived there for a period of 10 years), or a birth certificate mentioning the place of birth in Maharashtra.
