I completed my class 10th and 12th from Maharashtra and have my birth certificate of Maharashtra. Am I eligible for state quota in CET?

Yes, if your state of domicile is Maharashtra, then you are eligible for MHCET. As per my knowledge you are eligible for the state quota seat only for the state of which you have the domicile that is the state from where you have completed your 10 and 12 exam, not the domicile you hold by Birth.
