I completed my degree in B com (computers) AND am interested to doing job in MNC company but I am week in English so what can I do for this

After Bcom you have to go fro any professional degree in masters like MCA if you want to get goof job in MNCS

As per your profile pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you as it will help you make a successful career in corporate sector.
However please remember for a fresher it is very difficult to get a job in MNCs, so as per your profile I would suggest you to work for
