Its always safe to do a regular B Tech . AICTE does not seem to recognize part time B Tech courses due to non fulfilment of total class/working hours in most institutes. Instead AICTE insists on a second shift B Tech. For Diploma holders, lateral entry into second year B Tech is permissible in some
