There are many universities in Northern India that offer you great opportunities in B.Tech.

NIT institutions are a good option all over India to go with. Apart from these you have tremendous options like :
SKIT, Jaipur Rajasthan Technical University
Chitkara University Punjab
Thapar University Punjab
Galgotias college, Noida
And a lot more.
