You should do B.Tech in Civil engineering, because of your strong base in civil. All the best for your bright future.

B.Tech in civil engineering would be a good choice. But that depends on your interest. You can also pursue B.Sc or BA if you want.

Then you won't be able to do engineering. You pursue BBA or BCA depending on your interest.
