I completed my diploma in EEE 9years before then I want to complete B-tech,I am 30 years as I continue?
IN EEE DIPLOMA I HAVE SCORED 60.67% MARKS AND IN E-CET I GOT 848 RANK.

No, Diploma in EEE is not equivalent to graduation. Diploma students are eligible for direct second-year entry in courses like B.Tech, etc.
