i completed my diploma in mech. engg. so should i go for a btech or should i do a job. which is better?

As a diploma holder you will get only technician level jobs. Later on if you decide to do B.Tech., your work experience as technician will not be counted for engineering jobs. Therefore, you must take admission in B.Tech., right now through lateral entry scheme, directly in 2nd year.
