I completed my Diploma in mechanical and pursuing my B.Tech in computer Science and I am in final year now.
I am a bit confused how will the interviewer react and what can he ask regarding this?

The interviewer will asked about the B.Tech CSE courses studied earlier, and will also SEE the past semesters performance. Interviewers will not concerned about the Diploma stream you have already done. However your Diploma can give you the extra weightage because of different stream.
