You should prefer USA, UK, Germany & Australia. Your academic should be good and you have to appear for IELTS or TOEFL & GRE for your program.
You have a chance to study at free in Germany and at rest; you have to pay fee.

You have to give a test to get admission there the best way you have to contact to any good consultant they give you all, information regarding visa , they also trained you , you can give GRE test
