i completed my first year btech in kerala.. can i get a lateral entry admission here?

Dear Kevin, what you are looking for is inter university transfer and it is not called lateral entry, which is applicable to diploma holders for direct 2nd year admission to B.Tech. In any case, what you are asking for, is not possible.
