I completed my First year in BSc Life Sciences. i wish to know whether i can pursue any Medical course after graduation (eg : Perfusionist)?

I wanted to pursue MBBS, but I couldnt due to low grades. I have come to know that I can get into certain professions in the medical field after getting a BSc in Life Sciences. What are those professions/ educational fields??
