I completed my graduation in B.Sc. Maths. Now I want to graduate in B.Sc. Chemistry. Is it possible? How?

Please give me guidance for how to get admission in direct 2nd year of B.Sc. In my B.Sc. Maths 2nd year subjects is maths and physics. Because I have already completed first year with physics, maths and chemistry subject. Now, I want to complete B.Sc. With chemistry. What is the procedure?
