Hi,
Yes, you can surely pursue MBA in finance, however as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt while pursuing MBA.

you are going on in different way as you said that you are from Bsc (computer sci)
and MBA finance is quiet difficult , you have to do hard work on it
or else you can do MBA in IT
it will become easy to you
