I completed my intermediate for MPC group this year & am interested in B.Sc agriculture. Can you provide some information about this course?

B.Sc Agriculture is a 4-year undergraduate degree awarded by the Indian universities for 10+2 students preferably with Science stream. Courses like, BE/B.Tech, MBBS and B.Sc in Agriculture are considered as a professional degree by Government of India. B.Sc Agriculture involves the study of agriculture sciences and use of modern scientific equipment and techniques in agriculture, land surveying, soil science, water resource management, animal, and poultry management, basics of biotechnology, etc. The objective of the course is to use these concepts to train students to improve agricultural productivity. B.Sc Agriculture Syllabus includes subjects such as Agronomy, Plant Biochemistry, Water Management Engineering, Study of Pests and Crops, amongst many others. The syllabus is designed to provide an overall knowledge of agriculture and all its related disciplines. Admission to the course is mostly entrance exam based. KEAM EAMCET are a few entrance exams conducted for admission to the course. Regards.
