I completed my intermediate with mec group I joined normal degree college and I discontinued there.can I get admission in other top college

In my intermediate I secured 936maks. And I thought of doing CA and joined for coaching it's very stress full so I left and before that I joined in normal degree college and I don't want study there so I discontinued there also so can I get admission in top college plzz tell me.
