I completed my M.Com in 2004 from KSOU but have 1 subject from my 1st year to pass, is it possible to write that subject now?

    That's not possible, as every course whether its distance or regular has a maximum time to complete and it's 15 years now, so you have already exceeded the maximum time limit for the course.
