If you ask my suggestion then few of the foreign countries provide a MEM degree which is an engineering management degree and it stands for Masters in engineering management. Here you can specialise in MEM chemical engineering. Might just suit your profile and your work adds to your benefit.

Thanks for your advise but I am able to take MBA degree only in India kindly advise accordingly.
