I completed my MBA in HRM in 2013 & tried job portals, attended interview but got no job. What should I do now to get a job?

Well, the problem might be either with your resume or you might lack in some skill, because there are some decent number opportunities for HR specialization, don't take it to heart. So, I suggest you to create a new resume, which should reflect your life or try to enhance your skills by completing some short courses like digital marketing, financial management, etc. because other skills in addition will be preferable. -

Now a days, HR generalist's jobs have increased. You can try to pursue these courses from SLA institute as it is offering such courses. If not, you can also think of pursuing SAP FICO, SD, HR course from any module to give a start to your career. Moreover, HR related jobs expects a person to have good communication skills and IR knowledge. So try to improve yourself extensively on these areas. All the best.
