Hello Mohammed,
You can apply for the UGC NET exam through official website. The NTA has decided to conduct UGC NET Exam twice a year. The next exam will be held in July and the application forms will be filled in February 2019. Know the complete information for UGC NET 2019 at https://www.eduncle.
