I completed my mbbs abroad in Philippines in one of the MCI recognised college.. So am I eligible for doing Masters in health care&managemnt

With grade of 75-80+, MBBS graduate.

I guess you can go for Masters in Healthcare Management. Many institutes do take admissions of recognised universities/boards around the world.
