i completed my mca in 2008,ii have 3 years gap,no experience cause of baby,now which course is better 4 me sap hr or oracle hrms,or other.

i completed my mca in 2008,& pgdca in 2005,with good record(above 74%).but because of family pllanning i have 3 years gap.i don't have interest in programming that's y i choose sap hr or oracle hrms, please suggest me which course is better for me.these one or another, i m searching job in ncr.
