I completed my PG in chemistry in 2015 and want to pursue MBA. I don't have work experience, will it be a good decision to go for?

You need to decide your career aspirations, and then based on it you can take a call. To pursue MBA is good for career development. However, you need to pursue an appropriate specialization.

If you are interested in MBA then, go for it. But be ready to face a lot of questions about your decision to choose PG in chemistry. You can write next year's exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT etc. Don't worry about work experience if you can justify your gap it's enough. Do well in the competitive exams.
