I completed my second year BCom in 2015. Can I resume my third year in 2023?

It is unlikely that you would be able to resume your third year of B.Com studies after an 8-year gap. Typically, universities have a time limit for completing degree programs, and it is usually shorter than 8 years. However, you may want to check with the university where you were enrolled to SEE if
