I completed PGDBM (MBA) degree from India n have 3 yrs of work experience in Training department of an MNC...please suggest some course

Hi Neha.
You can do a course on Master in Leadership which is conducted by National School of Leadership which will enhance your skills further.
Leadership is needed in today life where you can prove the best because you are in the same line.
