I completed rastra basha hindi from dphpsabha after madhyamic.I also copleted my intermediate(10 2) in 1992.please tell me 'may i do t.t.c in hindi?

You need to check whether your qualification is equivalent to a degree or not. If it is then you can apply for B.Ed
