Sure you are eligible for MBA/PGDM in International Business Management. Your academic is not much attractive so need to score very high percentile in CAT/XAT exam for getting admission in decent college of country. You can certainly apply for the course because you are eligible for pursuing MBA if you have passed Bachelors with 50% marks.
