i couldn't cracked Gate this year,will i get admission in a reputed institute for persuing mtech in biotechnology??

my academic results are average...and i couldn't cracked GATE this year.i want to study MTech from a reputed institute with a recognized university.my subject in BTech was biotechnology.please guide me.
