I couldn't finish my B.Tech in 2011 due to some issues & later started working to meet my financial needs. What should I do to get a degree?

Now, I understand the importance of degree. Are degrees for 1-year programs valid or distant education with 3-years is better? What will be the best choice to overcome my situation?

Analyzing your situation, if you are currently financially stable then you can do B.Tech course again because your 1-year course of 2011 will not be considered today anywhere, so it is better to pursue it again.
