Yes, it happens every time, when I try also. I believe some bug or some issue at their end.

Security pin is captcha (Combination of alphabets and numbers) as shown below the "Enter security pin" tab. Please ensure your caps lock is not ON while entering the security pin. Use shift key for capital letters while entering the security pin. I hope you will get your JEE Main result after follow
