I couldn't qualify JEE Mains and BITSAT. Can I beat the salary package of my friends who are studying in BITS? I am doing CSE from LPU.

First, you need to understand one thing that the placements and the salary packages are purely based on the student's skills and knowledge.
So, it is not that if you study in a top institution, you can bag huge salary packages. You need to be skilled enough to get placed in a top company.
The average salary package of BITS-Pilani is 4-8 lakhs while LPU's is 3-5 lakhs only (rough estimate).
Though LPU's average package is lower, the highest package is really high, it is around 20 lakhs per annum.
