I currently finished my btech in electrical. Would human resource or business management be a better stream for me ?

The stream that you choose depends totally on your career preference. You should talk to people who have done their MBA in BM and HRM to take a more informed decision. End of the day it is your decision and choice of career so get to know the facts and apply accordingly.

You can pursue either of the programmes. HRM program has more than 90% engineers. The question which you need to answer for yourself is which career stream you would like to pursue. XLRI HRM is not a common HR program, it provides great career and growth opportunities.
