I decided to pursue my Masters degree in Switzerland. Which country among Switzerland & Ireland offer better stay back options?

Well both the countries offers more or less the same schemes. 12 to 6 months in Ireland depending, if you hold a level 8 or 7 degree. If in Switzerland, you have 6 months to look for a job and you cannot extend the 6 months work permit. I will favor Ireland because you may have allowed to extend your permit, if you obtain permission to remain in the country by pursuing further study, permission through another scheme or obtain a green card. You should always check the immigration websites and contact them. The universities also have separate international student's offices, please check with them and make a comparative study.
