I did Art Teacher's Diploma (Gov diploma) from akola so can i get admission for bsc 2nd year?

I did 2 years art teacher's diploma i.e. ATD course from akola. Now,I am working with a software company from last 3 years. so i want to complete my graduation. Can i get admission directly second year for degree course. Please suggest me. Thank You!
