I'm a Software Engineer. I did B.A. in 2005 and then started working. I did M.Sc. IT with 82% from Sikkim Manipal University in 2010. It is a Distance Program of 2 years. Where can I pursue Phd. in IT or Computer Science in Delhi or Mumbai? Would a Phd in IT be better than an MBA or EMBA in IT?

where evre you want to take admision you will have to give entrance test for take admission in PHD
