I did B.C.A in [Madras open university] & M.Sc(c.s) in Thiruvalluvar Uni,Vellore.[Regular],Now i clear Hsc.it is possible to join M.E(c.s)
in part time in tamilnadu state

As per the eligibility of admission in M.E. and M.Tech you are eligible for admission.
