Yes, you can take admission in M.Sc IT, if you have 50% marks in B.Com.

Dear candidate as per the eligiblity for M.sc IT in LPU you are not qualifying the minimum criteria of eligiblity. So you can not persue this program on the basis of your percentage in your graduation. let me share the eligiblity detail with you.
