I did B.Pharm from India and just finished my masters in Pharmaceutics in USA..can u suggest the col in india who offer Part time Ph.D?

I did B.Pharm from India and Masters in Pharmaceutics in USA,, but there is tough time here to get a job , even in india also there is no good opportunity to work after masters,Can you suggest me any good university in india who provide Ph,D or part time Ph.D???

how much is the salary of pharmacists in usa after studying masters or working in retail stores?can i get registered as i have 4yrs degree graduating this year.
