I did B.Pharma but left it to prepare for bank exams but one of my friends told me that it is not good. What should I do?

He told me that pharma sector will offer me a better salary as compared to banking. Is it true? Did I make a mistake? What difference will it make if I pursue a PG degree in banking? Will there be growth in it then? Is there any possibility to get a good salary package if I work hard?
